We train our associates in all aspects of the multi-family industry including leasing, collections, resident retention, leadership, maintenance and software systems. Our rigorous training ensures that our associates are well-equipped to do the best job possible for our investors and clients.
Our marketing team customizes a marketing strategy for each individual community within the TriBridge Portfolio, comprised of traditional marketing efforts, increased Internet presence and strong social media outlets. Marketing sources are consistently monitored to ensure maximum performance and return on investment.

The Asset Management Group at TriBridge Residential focuses first on asset value creation and protection. This is accomplished by prioritizing revenue management, expense reduction/controls and ancillary income potential. We also take great care in maintaining effective communication with clients. This includes the preparation of quarterly reports, maintaining the client websites and performing specific analysis as requested by clients.
The accounting team focuses on the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements. The group has extensive experience with GAAP, modified cash basis, accrual basis and cash basis accounting methodologies. We understand that each client may have specific reporting requirements; therefore we strive to meet these needs.
The TriBridge Residential IT team maintains the integrity of our IT network systems, running our help desk to address associate needs, and making sure that various IT product integrations are working properly. The IT team has successfully tested and implemented numerous technologies in the past three years including revenue management, workflow management (Ops Technology), online leasing, Lead Tracking Solutions (LTS), online bill pay for residents, internal call center and portfolio-wide video conferencing.
As an additional benefit of selecting TriBridge Residential as your management company, we prepare a detailed Property Condition Assessment (PCA) within 30 days of transitioning onto the property. The transitional asset team integrates new properties into the portfolio to ensure a smooth transition.
